Clicking on this link will take you to the JCC Parent Information Folder, where you will find the Camp Packing List, Camp Code of Conduct, Camp Itinerary, Swim Consent Form, and also, the JCC Fall Permission Form. Please return all signed forms (Code of Conduct, Swim Consent and Fall Permission forms, and send them to our next practice on Wednesday, September 16th.
